Depending on the .rar compression rate, an 70-80 minute album ranging from 160 to 192 kbps could easily be contained in a 70 mb file. I most recently aquired the new Flaming Lips album (which clocks in at around an hour) .rar-ed at 192kbps/50 mb. I'm not saying it's likely, but it is possible.
