I've tried uploading and using URL for both AV and profile pic & the size is right but the photo isn't visible to me. Can a mod possibly edit for me? http://i40.tinypic.com/2q9dk6a.jpg

It was too big. For future reference, avatars are 100 x 100 unless dan feels like making you one.

I'm having a similar problem, but with images under 100x100. What gives? Do I need to wait before I can have an avatar?
