Fall leaves chase away the ghosts of summer.
The world is vibrant and alive.
The season beckons me,
By calling my name out loud.
I've realized that I don't have to give up on my dreams,
Just to finish what I've started.
The calm of the wind
And warmth of the sun
Leave me content in my own skin.
I will carry these sentiments with determination...
And when spring creeps through the veil
Of winters retreat
It will find me,
The eager victor.
