Anybody get tickets to this show? I was on Ticketmaster at 10am refreshing like a son of a bitch and couldn't get 2 tickets the moment they went on sale. What the fuck?
I clicked through RIGHT when they went on sale and had 2 nosebleeds in my basket. Thinking it was a mistake, I went back and got skunked =\ determined, at 10:58 AM, I refreshed again and got 2 tix for section 19. They had some more tickets after that still available for a short amount of time.
If you notice on the stubhub scam, MOST of the tickets being resold are on the upper tier and some on the lower tier. Only 6 overpriced tickets have been on the floor for the whole day. I REALLY think TM or Tool is holding tickets back.
Big fuckin screw job here. I have been to 10 tool shows, but this is the first in my backyard. I know of 10 people (besides myself) that attempted to purchase tix at 10 am, and not one of them could get a pair. Single seats only. I will be attending, and I will NOT buy a ticket from a scalper. If any of you Tool lovers need to sell a ticket, you can contact me @ 860-884-6346. I will pay face value for any ticket, and will not deal with scalpers. So, at any point between now and the show, if you need to get rid of a ticket, contact me. They will be put in the hands of someone that loves the band at no markup.
I waited in line at a Ticketmaster outlet and my lottery ticket was pulled to be first in line. I thought for sure I would snag 4 tickets somewhere in the first 10 rows on the floor. Nope. The first 4 tickets out of a Ticketmaster computer were section 118 near the ceiling. The guy behind me got 2 tickets and the rest of the other 30 Tool fans in line got NADA. Sold out in less than 1 minute. Mohegan Sun definitely withheld most, if not all, of the floor and lower level seats for sale to the general public. Many of those seats will be comped to casino high rollers. It’s all a fucking racket.
Go to the box office at Mohegan Sun. Or just go to the show. I will able to get my hands on some tickets. I posted my number earlier. Text me if anyone has tix for the Boston or Prov(?) show and would like to trade. If you haven't been to a show at Mohegan, it's a blast.

i know the term "there isnt a bad seat in the house", but realistically, is that the case?
would sitting in the lower level all the way across from the stage be "good"?
i'm looking for downright epic. suggestions on seats?
I also was burned at 10:00 a.m. then I found out why. My friends boyfriend was getting tickets for her and he decided to get on early at 9:30...exactly when, for some reason tickemaster decided to release the tickets ahead of schedule.
Nice to have a local show. Ended up with a section 26 seat in the first row, not sure if any of the stage will be obstructed but I have different seats for the Boston show so I'm not too worried if this one is partially obstructed.
If anyone has an extra ticket or two to sell me, I would very much appreciate it. Still a little bitter about the casino withholding most of the tickets before us fans even had a chance to get anything, hah.
The livenation app told me my order couldn't be processed, when it actually did go through. I wound up with 2 pairs of tickets. My friends just dropped out so I've got 2 to sell, Section 105, Row J, Seats 15 & 16. Tickets say Possible Obstruction, but from the looks of the layout and images popping up, it might just be a speaker stack to your right.
Not looking to make a profit at all, just looking to get face value ($171.70)back so I can pay off the credit card, ya know.

Anyone have an experience with this arena? I'm getting wildly varying reports.
It is a GREAT venue. The arena is intimate. There is free parking (park in Riverview Parking Garage on the top floor, dumps you right back on highway) You are not rushed out the door (it is a casino, after all). Plenty of good food and booze. Very, very tight security (it is a casino$) . The most fun venue you will EVER hallucinate at!!!!
I saw Nine Inch Nails there a few years back, dropped some paper. Epic would be severely understating the evening. Have fun.
Anyone stuck with or without tix on the day of the show just needs to give me a call. Posted my num above. Would also like to sample some paper or hang with the fun guys!
Hey guys what's up, I'm new to this forum but I can tell there's some cool people on here. 1st thing * I have 2 tickets to this show (sec 111 row K seats 7-8) and I was going to take my gf but I just don't think she would appreciate it enough. Anyways what I would like to do is trade one of my tix to go to preferably the Izod center show on feb1 or the td garden show on jan28. It would be cool to see 2 shows with the same person, someone who will enjoy it as much as I will ( this will be my 1st time seeing Tool).
Also, I had the EXACT same experience getting my tix. I was on the computer and on the phone-lines at exactly 10:00 and I couldn't find anything lower level. Eventually I just took what I could get ^these. If they did change it to 9:30 that's b/s and so is witholding most of the good tickets. If possible I also would like to try and get better seats, something closer. I'll throw in some cash to make up the difference.

I got hosed too and had to pay $240 for 2 tix from a resale company. Should be illegal.
