No ultra big game, like Bison/buffalo, but if you want a test of skills, definitely come here.

I've yet to get a deer, but I've gotten quite a few goats.

And possums are everywhere!
lol, wallaby. i cant imagine what it would be like shooting a wallaby.

my favorite...i could skate yet never sustain an injury.

but that's what they're all about, going to war but not dying; fighting zombies but never turning into one; and so on.

sad one is being BOND 007, but not getting any ladies...

Re: Which version is better?

look at the irony, though...you're sipping a martini watching the screen roll by w/ a known story, put down your drink, pick up the gun/rifle, and start eradicating dangerous thugs. minutes later w/ the world saved, you're grinning, vodka slipping down your chin, and you look around the room, and you are totally alone, dude.

you see, playing alone defeated the purpose before i even poured the vodka. my basement is sorely lacking in BOND girls.

Re: Which version is better?

i've got it now, i think? i wish that when i'm enjoying a peaceful tangential moment that that nagging feeling i was forgetting something (to do, to fix, etc...) would just stay away for a while.

Re: Which version is better?

i guess the trick is not to look for them because they only occur when you are not trying.

me wishing for a moment defeated the purpose and in the end i missed out.

I like the tool version better, but everyone needs to hear zeps version on the song remains the same. blows the studio version out of the water

Re: Which version is better?

I think Tools cover version is better, but if Tool did it now it would not come close to Zepps. Because Maynard can't sing that octave consistently any longer, he's broken.

I don't know why I'm on this thread, what's more I don't know why I'm reading any of it... but this just made too much sense not to quote it for its troofishness.

Re: Which version is better?

the zeppelin version is very very good, but tool's version just captures so much more emotion. it seems to cut through me every time. in my top 5 tool songs.

kind of a rigged question though, we are on a tool fan site

Re: Which version is better?

I prefer the Tool cover to the original Zep studio version. But, I have to agree with the Song Remains the Same version of No Quarter being a much better version of the song, but I still prefer the Tool version. I got into a discussion on this subject with a couple friends of mine that are big Zep fans and they were ganging up on me because of my opinion, but I am not a big fan of covers, and very rarely do I find one I like better than the orginal, and I just feel the Tool No Quarter is better.
