Some Art.

I don't really like posting in these forums, but hey.....what the hell!.

These are mostly very large oil paintings, photo collages that have been painted on or in the case of the last image, an old acrylic one from 2000. Almost non of these are photographed perfectly, and could do with a some fiddling with to be more representative of the originals. The newer ones explore much more of an internal sort of theme, and were done in the last year or so. There are also a few pf photos, non of which involve any Photoshop trickery other than some cropping and level adjusting.. . .if you are interested enough check out some others on my horrible myspace page.

Is this one an oil painting? It looks like a photograph but it's hard to tell. I've never seen anything like that before.

There's some amazing stuff here. Thanks for sharing.

Those landscapes are very surreal, but so real at the same time. I feel like I could visit them.

Top 3:

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b1...5e4019afd6.jpg

Creepy looking chair. The faded room adds an unstable atmosphere to the piece.

I'm sure you could get a bucket full of metaphors out of this but the image alone is just amazing. The dark to light scale is once again powerful here.

Interesting how the person is in B&W but the rest of the picture is mostly in color.
