Well im now waiting for LEARN.2.SWiM to reply about me and him, ive already started working on my piece of "Creativity", if you can call it that, lol. So ANYONE who wants to get this started, i just need an oponent, who is gonna be reliable, anyone??? Ive only been playing guitar for 2 years btw, so im sure theres someone who is upto the challenge, even if youve been playing a few months, give it a go, once we get the ball rolling it should get better from there.

Ok cool, ill let you know when im ready. At least this will get this whole thing going. Try make it a 1 minute track if you can, but however long you want to go for is cool. Proly no more than about 4 min i rekon, i wont be going near that long, but we do need to have a limit so that people with dialup can still listen to the tracks. Again, where can we upload the songs to. Im on dialup so my track wont be too long, and the quality will be shit, I dont have my condensor mic yet, and I wont add drums to it, not until I get a quality recording, but for the sake of the competition ill do someting.

Dont worry, im not using mics either, i just run directly from my effects pedal into my recording unit, for drums, you could use fruityloops or sum other midi program to have something else in the tracks, just let people know you used midi though, lol, otherwise you could have ticks n leaches style drumming with perfect timing, and people could think it was actually drummed by you. Just a hint, incase you want something extra in ur track. Good luck man, this should be fun.

And also, can we use multiple instruments, as i have started working on my piece for the comp against Learn2Swim and assumed we can use multiple instruments, but this new battle thread talks about making a seperate Bass, Drums and Guitar battle, what about making another comp for multiple instrument tracks???

hey anyone who is guna set this up and be judges or something should read my newest post it asks for a list of competitors and a list of requirements so its fair and easier for the judges

Yeah, what are we doing for judges? How about just a vote?

The competors should set up a poll. a week from the poll, whoever is winning in votes should be the winner and move on to the next round.

Also as for Akasha. I don't mind using other instruments, like I said though I have almost no time to myself these days so my peice wont have a lot of time put into it. I'd prefer just guitar but if you want to add more its fine with me, its up to you.
