I love this part of the song the best. Maynard's voice and the instruments come together at the conclusion. It feels odd because we are led to believe he is accepting of her death... it's like he's saying, okay, I've come to terms with it, her life is over, I'm ok...
And then..
we get the rollercoaster of emotions spilling out in 10,000 Days. Therefore he wasn't really "alright."
so awesome.

So, I'm alright now, it's time for us to let you go..
