Am I the only one who could care less if there was a music video made? The material is almost irrelevant at this point, hold off on videos for a newer album or give us live footage... or perhaps a 'The Wall', Tool Style.

In retrospect, when watching the old music videos, is it just me or are they pretty sub-par and bland? I mean they're visually unique, but rather boring.
For being sold separately as 'art' pieces, they sure are disappointing.

"He [Justin Chancellor] qualified this statement by adding that the band has already written new material and would surely release another album at some point down the road. A possible project until a next album is to make a "band movie", a possibility the band has reportedly considered for a long time. The ideas range from "a narrative story in a surreal fashion with as much money and special effects as possible" to "pockets of all of that or something that's live or the band playing".[75] Although Carey stated that the necessary know-how was at hand due to the many relations to artists working in the movie business, Jones dismissed the idea saying, "It's just talk right now." "
Got that from the band's Wikipedia article.

I actually really like "The Pot" and don't understand why people shit on it so much. It has a great 90s feel (though it's also somehow bluesy), and I think that's pretty fucking cool. At the very least, I think it's way better than "Intension," and probably at least a little better than "Right in Two."

I don't hate The Pot. It's a great song (like all Tool songs). It's just too overly popular is all. Tool songs should not be mainstream. And Intension/Right in Two were epic! Right in Two is my favorite non-single Tool song.

I think the pot has more potential to be a really epic piece than jambi, i mean look what the vicarious video did for the song. The video put another dimension on the song.
I suppose a jamb viedo could do the same, but as much as i hate the song 'the pot' i think a video with Adams vision could would work tremendously.
