For anyone that is familiar with venue - a quick question, please.
I have two location options 1) Sec 101 and 2) Floor 2 but pretty far back.
Side stage has me a little concerned in terms of sightlines and the distance to the stage may make the floor option interesting.
Any thoughts are very much appreciated - thank you
Venue is good and if those 101 are lowers I'd stick with them. As for a poster tube that's a crap shoot. It is one of those venues where the staff is going to be really cool or complete idiots depending on who you run into. Trust me I've crossed both types up there the last couple shows. Just go in early and watch who is being easy with the pat down and go for them.
Still real curious about the VIP. It looks like they are still available, I'm just wondering what seats they are hooking up with the pass. If anyone here bought one mind spilling the beans about the seats or if they even told you yet?
Staying at circus circus, cheapest I could find that wasn't a roach motel
True no roaches, but goddam it still scares the crap out of me when I turn the bathroom light on and a bunch of clowns scatter. No it's fine I've stayed there a bunch and will be staying there for the show. It's nice only two blocks from the venue.

I'm flying in from Denver and found a spot right across the street from the venue. (Silver Legacy) Rates weren't bad at all. Not to mention, it'll be easy to find my way back... Albuquerque was a little challenging after booming.
Any Crowley/Grant fans willing to hook up for pre/post concert drinks and what not? A friend and I are flying up from Tucson on the 8th for the concert. Looking for some like-minded people to chill with.

Really, 408 views on this thread and only 16 posts. I hope Reno comes alive with Ma'at.

Reno. Didn't purchase a t-shirt but I sure as Hell got a personal copy of the disclaimer which, btw, is printed in English. I took my walk during the stillness of "Pushit" that took me just behind the forward sections of floor seats. What a view! I eventually walked to the sidelines and took the only proper seat in section 103, ADA seating by providing a military I.D. issued due to scars from previously fought battles. I've been to Tool concerts since Raligh, NC Dec1996,and on a scale from one to ten this rated a twelve, and was zbeast to say the least. In reply to the gratitude expressed for my attendance, for showing up I say, "You are welcome". In the spirit of Chief Joseph "I will speak no more forever.
