The band says "aenima" is pronounced "ah-neh-mah". Like "A enema". You can take drugs via an Enema!!! And when you take drugs this way it hits you harder and faster. This album is like drugs and this album hits you quick and hard starting with Stinkfist and then 46&2 comes along its the next turning point in the almost drug induced musical trip you are taking that is changing you.......not to mention the drug references included with the album and artwork. A ENEMA!!!!

Ah-neh-mah is Anima. A Jungian concept. It's the bridge to the Unconscious. Enema refers to the cleansing or purging theme of the song aenema. It's a dual meaning sort of thing, you dig?

As said by the band, it's clearly a combination of Jung's anima and an enema, which means, basically, to flush away. The album is about the emergence of the shadow to initiate change.
