I was looking at the song and noticed that the left channel and right channel are differnet (hence the surround sound effects). I was looking at a variety of ways of maniuplating these two tracks in relation with each other but came up empty. Anyone had a look at this and come up with any solution?

Easiest solution is that it is simply just a neat FX track.

Right and left channel are usually diferent, otherwise it's false stereo. You need at least 3 channels to "call" it surround.
I also tried to separate the channels, reverse several parts, shorten length, pitch... but also came up empty. If you shorten the entire track to 23 seconds, reverse it and raise the pitch abut 16 half steps, it sounds like a phrase of some sort but i couldn't make anything of it.
