Who votes that TDN brings back the "General Discussion" forum in the live section? I do, for one.
I think that it would be great to hear more about the new set, Maynard's less reclusive stage presence, and the laser show from those who have seen them recently or in the past; or those who have any questions about any of it.
Do you really want to click on every single review of every show to find out what is new with their live performance. I think it would give those who were not at the show a chance to post questions in a forum about Tool Live.
Any thoughts?
Edit: I posted this in the 10K days forum because it seems to be the most visited. If it helps, I think that the songs from 10,000 Days performed live are among the greatest of Tool's accomplishments. Rosetta Stoned Live = 10 Toolgasms/sec

I think there are not enough genaral discusion forums on this site, for instance you sould be able to post directly into the album board to discuss the albums genrally and anything else about the band. Too much is goining into socialize at the moment imo.

There's a stickied thread in UC but it's getting long(er). It would be easier to scan a list of topics to find out when the band is going onstage or what music is being played during the pre-show rather than wade through 20+ pages or look at every review thread. Just my humble opinion.

I agree with above, too much hassle going through that long thread. Also I wish it was easier to discuss the live shows, the "no post if you werent there" makes it a hassle, you have to start another thread in socialize or 10,000 day . so I think most people dont bother.
Such as questions about Maynard being sick ... I don't think that one thread is enough to cover all of the aspects of Tool live in a semi-organized manner. A forum would give us the chance to ask/answer or even comment about the live performance. I looked at the single thread in the upcoming concerts section and didn't even want to touch it. It was too messy and unorganized. I've been to one show this tour and can't post in reviews of other shows. Bring it back, mon!

so maybe we make a new sticky thread for INFO about this tour? copy info from there to t.d.n's Tour page? link from tdn's Tour page to the thread about info so as to not spoil? also get all the info from that thread into the TOP post, the way we currently handle live setlists?
i'm trying to keep info from getting too decentralized. the idea here is to keep impressions and facts about shows consolidated in the reviews, so we can recreate as much info from that show as possible in ONE place.
