the wrong way down a one-way road
Heading south toward downtown;
When I know damn well:
The gatekeeper of the organ that pours life and warmth
through my naked, shadowed and quivering dry and blue veins
Is traveling the other way..
The greatest of my fears could be:
In the center there is me
Watching life divide equally on both sides of the equation
But, I'm supposed to remember that ideas exist.
even selfish desires take form from creation
now i must choose
to spend time away from you,
because you want me to
you asked me to do what I want to do,
because you want me to
there they go.. the wrong way down a one-way road
one-way down a two way street.. going the opposite way I see
My greatest fear could actually be.
and in the center there is me
watching my choices flee
knowing I'm already far behind, and..
"They fought and they clawed like savages. At the end none had found what they were looking for; and they simply returned to nothing, like they were before."
