then you wait. and "try and call the wind" as soon as you feel the next gust, do you really think it was because you called it, or that there would have been another rise in the windflow anyway? statistically and physically, it's pretty much an inevitability. then, when you first begin to consciously appreciate that it's on the wane again, you "relax" thereby convincing yourself that it is obeying you. because the variation in wind isn't discrete (like the changing of traffic lights - abrupt changes) but continuous, it is much easier to feel like the phenomena is responding to your mental powers.
here's a question: why can't you do it indoors?

yea...i can call the wind too.......it's really cool.....especially when i bring friends outside to see me do it, they get pretty freaked out too......it's crazy......i have the powers of lipan i think.....because when the song is playin i swear i can call more wind than usual............................................. ..............................
