We cannot say that this is absolutely a hoax...IMO if you say that - your just being a skeptic (which is actually pretty understandable at this point in time).
On the same token we need some fuckin feedback from BMB! Until then we cannot determine if it is definitly real.
Keep in mind also that this information was supposedly NOT recieved through a leak by the media - Tool is still doing their promo tour as we speak. If this isn't legitimate, the real stuff might still be out there.

I know its been said but it seems as if all these track titles are "other worldly". There is nothing in plain english (in the likes of Ticks & Leeches, Useful Idiot, or even Pushit).

Honestly, the track listing COULD be fake as a joke that they handing out to press and fans to stir excitement. Who knows...

No way would Danny hand out a card to a random fan, heck he wouldn't even talk to him about the album. Unless the guy's a member of the press, that's not going to happen. They're going to announce it on Tool Army before we ever hear the tracklisting.
