"THAT LIKE A WOUNDED SNAKE, DRAGS ITS SLOW LENGTH ALONG"
Remember my news post back on April 20th? The one with the photo of a tranquil Caribbean sunset and thatched shade palapa awaiting those relaxing souls (with or without a Corona)? Of course you do. Well, as I said back then: Good things are coming... Be patient... Don't speculate or over analyze. Don't search the message boards for rumors or look for this on anyone's Myspace page... Just know that good things are coming (albeit under easy sail)... So, to reiterate,... just relax...

Any thoughts/opinions of anything coming aside from the Guitar Hero stuff?

One can only desperately hope that this wasn't what Blair was talking about. I check the tool news sources everyday hoping there is news about the band recording the next album. Keep the hope alive.

There must be something...
Yes...I am implying for wisdom from Mr. Light Man, cuz I either ask, or have to pay for a broadcasting program that I can use through a mic thats on the cab or something that then gets streamed into iTunes. Which, pretty #%@#&#& cool, but there's gotta be an easier way...
Hey,
Sorry for lack of response on this one. I know there is stuff out there, probably even shareware, that can do the trick. Try looking around at Versiontracker.com, or some DJ'ing websites.
The final week of the "Dance Crew" tour kept me busy, and I just finished having a week at home. I'm currently in Lima, Peru for the next few days and will be traveling throughout South America for the rest of November with Duran Duran.

Always have wanted to goto the opposite hemisphere. The sun in the north would be trippy.

Junior, is there anything that you are not allowed to talk about?
There's lots of things I'm not allowed to talk about, but a tour isn't one of them.
I haven't heard any rumblings on that subject lately.
As always, me having not heard about it doesn't make it impossible.

This is the first official affirmation I've heard that APC is done.
"Maybe, someday, a song on a soundtrack, but an album? No” Keenan stated after a music magazine asked about the possibility to work in another A Perfect Circle album.

Also on Blabbermouth.net:
"Maynard James Keenan told The Pulse of Radio last week that he and guitarist Billy Howerdel have been working on some fresh material for A PERFECT CIRCLE... However, Keenan revealed that the band might just post a couple of new songs online instead of doing an entire album. "I doubt if we'll do any touring or, you know, do a full album," he said. "We might do some one-off shows here and there if the timing's right and it seems like a good vibe and a smart thing to do. But most likely we'll just kind of concentrate on, you know, one or two songs at a time, rather than investing all the time and money and effort into making those plastic discs that no one cares about anymore."
I bet if they do release some songs and do a show or two there will be a huge turn out. Hopefully that'll make them decide to do a full tour. Either way, the prospect of more APC and more Tool on the horizon is excellent!
Re: General Tool tour questions / discussion (merged)
