I was listenting to some bill hicks stand-up. He has this one bit about arming the world, he says the "Sim-sala-dim" line form this song almost exactly. I don't think there is two deep of a meaning to this, more like a tribute to Bill. After all the album is dedicated to him. Here is the performace

It's pretty close to the middle when he's talking about "converting" weapons. Just wanted to point this out.

Interesting point, but, I'll be honest -- I came here for the comedy.

(P.S. He could also be saying, "Sim-sala-bim ," but, you know, that's just me being technical about things.)
