Anyone coming from the Durango area? I am having trouble falling asleep I am so pumped up.
Two ?'s cause I've never been to RR....
Is parking free?
What time to the doors open? And/Or what time are the diehards getting there to get good parking and merch.?
Well, nothing's turned up for this cat, and I'm not paying StubHub prices, so I guess I'll see either Tales of Hoffman or Madame Butterfly with my wife and son (13, w/ two Tool shows under his belt) at the Santa Fe Opera on Monday. You all have fun up there.

I'm in the same boat, I love TOOL, but I refuse to support any ticket broker/scalper of any type. For once, I'm hoping they keep the same set list for the next tour. But that would be too good to be true and will not happen. Enjoy the show folks, write really vivid reviews.

I have a pair and a single available for Monday for face value $75 each. Rick @ 720-470-0394 if anybody is interested.

Love to, but Monday's opera night and I have to take the kid to the dentist late that afternoon. (I'm about a 5-6 hr drive to the gig.) I could pull off a Tuesday when wife and son go see the vampire movie. Hell, the kid would dump that shit in a minute for a Tuesday ticket.
Can someone who is going to Red Rocks pick up an extra poster? I can paypal money in advance and even send a few bucks your way to get a beer on me at the show.

Mrs Rak has informed me that the Monday opera is indeed Puccini's "Madame Butterfly". Have not seen it, really looking forward to it. SFO kicks ass.

Re: 06.28&29.2010 - Denver, CO @ Red Rocks
somehow I got 11th row from ticketmaster. I won't divulge my secret but lets just say it involved 4 pieces of technology and some tin foil. I want to be Danny side but still able to see everything. Are the 14th and 15th seats too far over??
and my girlfriend got 3rd row for the next night by calling I guess when most were buying tix to 28th
got all the way to denver from salt lake and we got a nail thru the tire. lucky it was 3 blocks from the hotel and was easy to pull over and replace it. we are goin to get all new tires for the truck just because all the tires are pretty horrible. my girl and i werent expecting to spend $575 even on this trip but that is what we have to pay tom. we are getting really cheap tires to. lol.
anyways enough of the sob story i am sooo stoked for tomorrow night!!! first time i have been to denver and stoked to see what the town has to offer.

I have patiently waited 7 yrs for Tool to play Red Rocks and now tonight I get my wish!!! And tomorrow morning its a nonstop flight to Cancun for 9 days, BEST 24 HRS ever!!!
Wish I could be there at Red Rocks with everyone. Best place I've ever seen a concert. Smoke a <f/a/t/t/y/> for me.

Dinosaur museum. Beers downtown by Coors Field. Lively weekend nightlife. We went up there for Springsteen and Green Day last year, stayed downtown (the Pepsi was within walking distance to the hotels) and had a blast. We were looking fwd to U2 there a couple of weeks ago, but that leg of the tour was canceled.

Re: 06.28&29.2010 - Denver, CO @ Red Rocks
Hey all, I'll be on twitter tonight and tomorrow from Red Rocks. I've got pretty bad seats tonight, row 60-something, but great seats tomorrow. I will be on my new iPhone 4, so I'm hoping the pics and vids will be pretty sweet(for a phone). I'll also be posting these on twitter as well. Sounds like they're being super strict on camera policy though, so I'm not gonna risk getting thrown out to get a shitty video, so I'll play it by ear and see how it goes.

If anyone finds a good spot for beers and smoke before the show call me (970) 231-4134. I read on the Red Rocks page that they don't take kindly to drinking in the parking lots, which is pretty dumb, but hit me up if anyone finds a chill spot.
Oh, it's Tool at Red Rocks!!!!!

They've been craking down a little harder lately. Just pour whatever your beverage of choice is in a plastic cup, don't litter and you should be fine. I wish I was going to tonight's show, but my second row seats for tomorrow night should ease the pain a bit.

I'll be in the Upper South parking lot, Grey Ford F150 STX with some blunts and some beers. Red rocks is way chill about pretty much everything. Security knows very well what people are all about in CO ("Medical" Marijuana), and at Red Rocks specifically, so the pat-downs are a joke.

My buddy has 1 ticket for Red Rocks TONIGHT, Monday. Face Value of cvourse, so I think it's about $75-80. Row 47 Seat 54. He works until like 6:00 tonight, so you'll have to meet him right before the show.
If anyone needs to get rid of 1 ticket (or a pair) for Tuesday night, I will gladly take any. Please let me know asap, I'll make the drive down from Casper, WY tomorrow afternoon if I can find a face value ticket. Thanks folks, enjoy tonight's show!

I LOVE the Santa Fe Opera! Saw Peer Gynt there many years back. Marriage of Figaro too I think. I grew up in Albuquerque but Santa Fe is the only cool town in the state.
