i posted this in the grudge forum grudging thread and now im posting it here:
it's more positive than the damn grudge forum. sure i get pissed off at things sometimes and it's good because you can vent your frustration here, but i rarely hold grudges, i probably forget about them the next day or i don't let them affect me any more, so people like me really need a FTW forum. so i can for example make a FTW thread about dance instead of making negative shit thread about the night i didn't get to dance. i'll feel like a much more stable human being this way and it will contribute to a more positive state of consciousness here at tdn. whoever takes care of these things should seriously consider this option, i think we all need a loving, warm forum where we can escape the coldness of some parts of tdn.
posting in one of the other sub forums is really not an argument...things that are written here in the grudge forum could also be written in other sub forums. there should be no double standards here...if we can have the "yang" why can't we have the "yin" also, if you know what i mean.
we need a purely positive, hippie forum:)...to keep the balance :)...there is too much of "yang" here if you ask me... and i think many of us agree that it would be healthy and fun to have a forum where we could express the "yin" side of us.
opposing but complementary principles are found everywhere else in the universe and i think that tdn should be no exception:)
it's time for people to start making some changes...
you need to wait a full month to access the bin. only aliases go straight for the bin as soon as they sign up.
edit: the grudge? that's a song by a band called tool.
I am talking about Interact, though, and not the bin. They already told me about the bin. I've already been posting in Interact though. I made a thread called A general hello to all. How could I have posted that if the 30-day rule applies to me? This is really getting annoying.

Just wait 30 days. Or PM dan. None of us know or care about your problems.

Alright, since this is in the Feedback forum and I got really frustrated about all this when I first joined, I will give you answers as best I can.
The rule has appearenly been changed so that interact is no longer restricted; instead the 30 day waiting period appears to only be applied to the Recycle bin, where most aliases go (and come from). When I first joined, there was no interact for the first 30 days, so concider yourself lucky.
The Grudge is a subforum inside the bin, where you "grudge" certain posters or events or objects that you have an issue with. For instance, if I were to suspect you of being an alias, especially of a person I don't like, I would make a "grudge" against you in that forum. Or maybe just post in one of the other grudges that someone else made about you. Just an an example, of course.
That is just my understanding, and I know nothing, so I doubt this post will be very useful.
What really makes me mad is that I had just clicked the submit button to post a very long reply in the Spirituality forum when I was told I didn't have permission to access that part of the forum. I spen a lot of time on it and was denied. What luck I must have had, huh?

I don't get it, either. I wonder how much time I have left before I can post in Interact. I also wonder if I'll ever see this bin that everyone is talking about.

No, your post helped me more than you will ever know. Evar.

Based on your join date, I'd say sometime tomorrow.
Damn.
