as surely as the sun rises and sets every day.
Don’t follow them, my bitter friend,
don’t let what happened to your mother drag you down.
Your journey to the mountain top is the real story;
Think of an ending in which you could truly be happy
by joining the others falling down the chasm.
You will find that this is no way to end your tale.
So step away from the edge,
And climb the mountain where your goal resides,
only there will you find what I’ve recently learned;
Humanity is meant for greater things.
