open with vicarious and stick wings and days near the end and move a few others around and it would be a bit more realistic.

I know this has been done several times but...seeing how the set-list hasn't changed much so far, I was doing some thinking about what my utopian set-list would be. Remember, this is my UTOPIAN view on what my fall tour would look like, and I'm keeping in mind set lengths. I mean I could come up with a 30 song list, but that wouldn't be very realistic.
No supporting act...and a 2 "act" show with a 10 minute intermission. An "evening with TOOL" concept.

That's really an avant-garde way of presenting the set-list. It's all over the place...kinda like that for some reason. Ending with No Quarter? That would be strangely appealing.

I like this setlist alot. For some reason I've never liked the idea of the Disp/Refle?Triad closer, but after everyone tells me how great it was live on the Lateralus tour, I'm very intrigued. I somehow doubt that they'll resurrect it, though. Good choices all the same.

yeah once you see it live and see and hear and feel them wrapping together I think it is like a beautiful syphony with its builds and slight moments of release. Plus they are just like 3 of my favorite songs anyway :)

It flows for me with the peaks and lows and 3-4 of the songs could easily be rotated with simular tempos and times.
Do any stop to realize that playing a dozen or so 10 minute long songs can get really, really tiring?

I would guess alot of people would like to see them at red rocks Colorado, but me personally it would have to be the Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Chicago's Millennium Park.Check it out at the link below the pics don't do it much justice though. seeing it in person is amazing. When i imagine listening to the climax of "Roseta Stoned" soaring through that amphitheatre it sends chills down my spine.

Would be very, VERY great to hear Die Eier von Satan live. It's definitely an awesome track.
A friend of mine hates Tool but this is the only track of them he likes because he's an hardcore-industrial-fan.
An evening with Tool would be great, Queensryche has done that for a few tours and makes for a longer, better show.

Very nice. Good effort put into it, would seem like a do-able and killer set!
Some day I do think though that Tool will do a "evening with" type of show. They seem like the sort of band that woudl.
