Different Pressing?

Well..sadly I don't own it anymore, because my CDs got stolen a year ago. I DL'd or copied off a friend to replenish my CDs (bought all of them twice already, actually have been ripped off twice.)

Anyways, one thing I remember..was a difference between my disc and a friends. If I recall: on my disc the alien was more silver, and on my friends his was red.

I thought it was weird. New/old pressing?

Re: Different Pressing?

When Opiate was first released the border around the alien priest was also lighter, whereas my copy is a later pressing so it's darker on said border, also the fonts used for the tracklisting are different. There's also an obscure European pressing containing bonus tracks from the Salival set.
