Eff man. Sorry I missed you. I had to deal with some challenges before the show.
I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.

Re: March 11th 2014 - San Francisco
Back to back Tool shows = absolute ecstasy.
Tonight was pure bliss - as much as I love Third Eye - tonight's visuals and lasers went above and beyond last night.
and I can't remember the last time I caught Sober...

Glad I went the first night. Third eye is so great live.

Both nights were great and had unique elements. They held back some of the lights and effects for Wed.

I'd say that was more circumstance, not a conscious effort.
Different songs have different elements (as you noted), which did lead to different looking shows.
We also had several hours on the 2nd day to go through the show and make some additions and improvements that there just hadn't been enough time to incorporate prior to Wednesday.
In part because of some of the venue logistics and the larger amount of production we are carrying, there has been less time in the day to make additions than some of the previous tours. It's taking most of the day to get it all set up.

Waited in line for 7 hours both nights and got center seats in the lower section.
We had the perfect view for these amazing shows. I really enjoyed the visuals for intension. Aenima visuals the 2nd night were so amazing. I'm still amazed at how much work must go into each and every show. Until next time.. :)

4th time seeing them. Went to the March 12th show. They were great, as usual.
I thought the vocals were fine. A little low in the mix for certain parts, but that's how it usually is. I didn't have a problem with them.
I like how I'm still hearing new songs live, such as "Hooker With A Penis". I'm glad the setlist isn't getting predictable.
I also liked hearing "Intension", what a nice surprise live.
This night was a little shorter than the night before, but oh well.
I hope to hear a few songs from Opiate at some point. I like "Cold and Ugly" the best.
Went with my brother in law, it was his first time seeing them. He enjoyed it too.

Just making sure, do you think the setlist has enough variety for multiple time attendees, or do you think it's becoming mostly predictable?
Not sure if you were using sarcasm.

They've played the same songs three tours in a row, yes the setlist is predictable.
