It depends what technique you're using to see the 3d image. If you're just going cross-eyed then the images posted will appear back to front in terms of depth. This is because you are focusing your eyes in front of the images. To see the images correctly, you need to focus beyond them. This will be easier to do with the booklet since the best technique is to hold the image against your nose and relax your eyes, then slowly move the image away until it "locks".

i'd say these images are probably the most interesting thing to come out regarding the new album so far... i like the concept better than the alex grey artwork released so far, although the one promo image released was pretty cool. i hope these images are indeed included in the booklet, and can't wait to see more of the forthcoming artwork.

Definitely the Ark of the Covenant. Look for a written description of it online, it definitely fits enough, I'd say. It resembles the rendition of it in Indiana Jones as well.

Definitely the Ark of the Covenant. Look for a written description of it online, it definitely fits enough, I'd say. It resembles the rendition of it in Indiana Jones as well. |

i dunno, i could somewhat see the arc...but it looks like a really modernized version of it. it looks really unbalanced too, really off centered. but im really not seeing the arc in it. it looks as if it is sitting on electrical transistors or transformers or something that you would find on a telephone pole or in an electrical park.
has anyone made this into a stereoscopic image yet? ive seen moving images of maynard and the wine as well as the baby and the skull....has anyone toyed with this image yet?

i dunno, i could somewhat see the arc...but it looks like a really modernized version of it. it looks really unbalanced too, really off centered. but im really not seeing the arc in it. it looks as if it is sitting on electrical transistors or transformers or something that you would find on a telephone pole or in an electrical park.

ok guys, the cool shape at the bottom of the skull and maynard right, well those are slightly similar right, so could they be used as a stereoscopic image as well?
i tried bumming around with it and couldnt get anywhere. i got the skull one to work when i printed it off. when i use my CRT monitor the best i can get is seeing a copy of the left skull move slightly closer to the middle and a copy of the right skull move slightly closer to the middle, they never meet for the middle image, all i see is 4 images all blurred god damn i wish i was at home on my LCD.

anyway, i tried out the stereoscopic images on a laptop and it didnt help, it still just blurrs the images towards the middle but not quite meeting, so its just 4 skulls.
when i printed it off it worked though, butthey arent shaking.
serioulsy though, FUCK THIS SHIT IS COOL.
i know why the album is called 10,000 days, because when you get the cool stereoscopic image artwork booklet with the album, you spend 10,000 days fucking around with it having a laugh.
adam jones is a genius, just put on the patient and its owning me.
