I've always thought that TOOL was one of the most underrated Nu Metal bands in the 90s. They should have been way bigger than Limp Bizkit.
I fail to see how Tool has any nu metal sound to them at all. Nu metal bands usually aren't as progressive as Tool and they usually have a DJ of some sort.

Maybe you're right Fatbox. Personally, I believe there are really only two ways to describe Metal: Pre-Megadeth (the Dark Ages) and Post-Megadeth (the Enlightenment).
