Haven't read all posts but I just read the official lyrics for this song and Bob Lazar was the first name it came to me, did a search on forums and... here I am! Although I haven't put too much thought on the song (I don't like it anyway), I believe it's just a joke. I believe Maynard is making fun of supposed chosen ones who claim that had contact with ETs and staff. Supposedly he believes Bob Lazar is also a liar. .

I think that "Bob" could be a refernece to many things. However, the 2 that make sense to me the most are Bob=God. And that Bob is a very common name and that maybe that was the last person that the abducted person spoke. Considering he was coming out of a store after buying Krispy Kreme donuts.
