I'd love to see a very diverse set list. One that has a little bit of everything, and not just the mainstream Tool songs. After seeing them live for the second time, I no longer have any desire to hear Rosetta Stoned or Sober. Sober because its run its course. and rosetta stoned because while it was awesome to see live, it wasn't that great to hear. It was too long and too jumbled. Thats a huge chunk of time. In truth, after hearing it live, it kind of hurt my view of the song. But here we go...

i heard third eye live in kalamazoo, mi. i believe it was 2002. they started out playing the intro, "think for yourself, question authority" and just kept going. i couldn't believe my ears. that could be the best 15 minutes i have ever felt at a concert.

I'd love to see a set list like that, but unfortunately TOOL have been very boring as far as their set lists go, and apart from Wings For Marie/10,000 Days, I doubt I'll get anything different from the Hammersmith Apollo shows when I go to see them at Wembley Arena. Don't get me wrong, it will still be an amazing experience, it could just be so much better.

If everybody sends a mail to Blair or Camella (or who else) asking them to change the setlist, I think so far they will change it. I don't pretend they'd drastically change the setlist, but at least a couple of songs, adding or simply changing from this setlist. Aren't Tool tired of playing the same songs each single night?
I hope they'll change something when they come back to Europe.
Well, this is really an IDEAL setlist, so there's no consideration of how practical or impractical the set is (in terms of time required to play the songs, the fact that Tool may not want to play the songs, etc.)

Aside from the Parabol(a) you could have seen this very show on their most recent tour. I have to say among the sets I have seen before, this one is lackluster.
hmm...something of the following wouldn't be asking for too much i say...either way, I think opening with Third Eye and closing with Lateralus would be the ultimate fucking experience. One can dream.

Well, we (Europeans) will perhaps hear 10KD/WFM combo + I hope for some changes (I have bad feeling that this is the last European leg for 10KD) Americans will get two more legs and more setlist changes.
They will come back to Europe next summer as they've been announcing so far on the shows...Unfortunately i will not be here next summer...so all I can hope for is another Australian spring/summer tour...sigh.
