i am buying the album. and have convinced about 7 friends to buy it as well.

I allways buy 2 of Tool's albums when it comes out. Because, be honest, how many times have you bought Undertow and Aenima. I have bought Undertow 3 times and Aenima 5 times in the last 11 or so years. So when Lateralus came out I bought 2 copies after I had heard a leak of that album. I am on my second copy now. Tool deserves my money for giving me great music.

I am only buying it because I feel obligated to. I had such high hopes for this album as well.

I haven't heard the new album other than Vicarious on the radio, but like their other albums, I plan on buying 10,000 days when it hits stores on May 2nd.

So I am so tempted to listen to the leak, but I cant somehow do it. I would feel too much like a tool I guess. Would the problem be fixed if when the single was released that the whole album be released as well, would that possibly assuage the piracy problem? People are not patient, look at the cell phone. but like that ancient method of torture, that drip drip is hard to ignore knowing that it is there, when will may ever arrive?

buying it the minute it comes out, even if i dont like some a lot of it.... im still buying it the first minute i can..... as in, 9:00am, when it comes out.... taking a break from work to go down to the store.

I bought x2 lateralus, my first got scratched up. I did not just download mp3's. I fucking bought it again and would buy it a third time if this copy got messed up.

I got into tool in the late 90's, but my first tool album bought was lateralus, I let it sink in for a year and bought ALL of their other albums.

Speaking of scratched CD's, I noticed my Lateralous CD is scratched also, I'm going to pick up another one at the same time

I'll buy it for sure, and if there exists ONE band I don't want to download the CD of, obiously this band is TOOL. So I won't download this advanced copy, this is totally disrespectful, even if you buy it 2 weeks later.

I have bought Opiate at least twice, Undertow twice, Aenima at least three times, and Lateralus at least twice. I imagine I will buy this album at least twice.
