Why not include a general forum, as well as APC discussions.
I know, I know, APC isn't the same band as Tool.

But I think we'd be fooling ourselves if we didn't acknowledge that a lot of Tool fans are also APC fans - if only because of Maynard.

So, why not include an APC forum for discussions on the song meanings?

Also, I think everyone could benefit from the opportunity to talk about something OTHER than Maynard's lyrics, with fellow Maynard fans. (i.e. a "General" forum where people could talk about anything that comes to mind).

Well, because this is a Tool site, not an APC site. And APC threads can and do get started in Socialize.

Well, the main attraction in the forums seems to be to (over)analyze Maynard's lyrics, and it just followed to me that people would want to do the same w/ APC.

BUT, your point is well taken. There needs to be a line drawn.
