your manipulated photos look pretty generic, they're all manipulated in the same way, and kaleidoscopic stuff like that has been done so many times...
not that you're not talented (can't judge it by those pictures), you should just try something else. Like drawings, and manipulate them if you really need those Photoshop effects.
gladly, there your work doesn't seem to feature that dark-mysterious-meaningful kinda thing though which is often seen in 'tool influenced' 'art' and will always look stupid.
It's definately good, and you can only get better at it if you practice, which I am sure you will.
Who really cares what anyone says about it, as long as you get to create from the soul and get something out of it for your personal enlightenment.
What is great about Art is that you can suck at it (which you dont, but what else you can make?) or not, and still be good at it. People make money off of splash art. Look at some of the art Maude worked with in Lebowski.
It's great that you are doing something with you time that is creative and influenced, because all Art is.

It's not so much graphic design as it is "computer art". Graphic Design typically refers to brochures, ads, packaging, layouts, that sort of thing. What you are doing there is more just art, and in that case go nuts! But if you are honestly thinking of Graphic Design, you gotta almost think more "commercially" in a way. Instead of creating abstract images or just wacky images, do something like design some fake packaging, practice your clipping of images and merging into different backgrounds, get used to what fonts look good with certain images, etc. I'm no expert but I've been in the graphic design/graphic arts field for years at publishing companies and took some college courses in it as well. I'm not saying what you are doing there is no good, it's just not typical "graphic design". It's more just flat out design or art, which is also badass in it's own ways. Hope that helps.
Briznitch's comment is great advice and I agree. Make sure that you are really interested in Graphic Design. I thought I was and it wasn't what I expected it to be. An associate degree and a year working for a design firm allowed me to learn the hard way. Some people have the incredible skill to design on cue, whether they're inspired or not - essentially problem solving. What I really wanted was to draw. Now I edit & image digital files during the day and draw for at least three hours a night. Also, you won't make much in the design field unless you're an art director or in a similar position. Best of luck to you. I happen to like your work - I'm not one to draw/render in color so I love when others do!

you'd better make your mind up.
influences can't just be gotten rid of, i still have the habit of dropping into 10 minutes of drop D triplets and i haven't listened to any of it or wanted to in months..
also this style of graphic design was before alex grey or adam's smokebox..
I really like this one:
