Stop with the whining. Tools image of an eye moving on Aenima will always be remembered, the lateralus cover/ see through book of alex's art and the "god" thing will always be questioned. They did these things already, and when the lateralus art was released before the actual release of the album, did you guys have these conversations? Probably not, wasnt a member here yet though, so I can't say. All I know is they will do something new and innovative with the art, and it will go down in history as another tool epic with crazy artwork and "Dude, this is amazing" type packaging (as a friend of mine put it once.) They are not giving us the whole package yet for a reason, so we get our 15 bucks worth, and thats the way they like it. We arent just getting another cd case/cover with some tunes on a plastic disc. And the image seems like its PART of something else anyway... We are getting new TOOL, in less then a month and a half now. Realize this. Enjoy that day, and dont waste more then 15 minutes on here talking back and forth about that type of thing. Go swimming with some maynard style floaties in a local park pond or something, the colder the better.

peace

Remebering what art work they showed us before Lateralus came out...yeah it looked pretty dull. But when the ablum actually was in my hands, of course you all know the rest. I think that what they have given us so far is clearly a small piece to the puzzle. The band did not put this much time and effort into making the album and then keeping it secret for so long, to just toss some recycled AG work on it. Its gonna be sweet.

I think the "T" letter shouldn't be forgotten in this word. it's "10000Tfiealus", not "10Tfiealus" (in this case the T would mean Thousands)

considering that point, i just found a trippy thing. There's only one anagram to the word "tfiealus" : FISTULAE

this is really strange...

here's the page on wikipedia :
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fistula
it is said that "In medicine, a fistula (pl. fistulas or fistulae) is an abnormal connection or passageway between organs or vessels that normally do not connect."

funny thing or not? they speak about Lacrimal Fistula (no no no no don't say it is related to lachrymology! omg)

i don't know what to think ... i can't believe this is the key

here more informations on fistula:

because I'm sure he came up with the word fistula, then scrambled it up and added it on to the name of the image.
