I know not everyone here likes Tool and also pearl jam but the PJ's have 15 mins ago been confirmed as one of the headliners at this years reading festival in the uk and seeing as Tool has been said to be a strong rumour to play this year We'll find out at 7:15pm if they are playing the same night at PJ's. I hope so. If they are playing the fest it better not be on the days that franz or muse are playing ' prays to the lord of well planned band placement ' !!!!

this may have been moved to rumours in a split second but within the hour it may have to be sent back to the main forum. I await with bated breath

I bought a Download ticket because I thought Tool wouldn't play Reading.
I wish Tool would just announce things instead of leaving us clueless like this.

In my opinion, Tool gig anywhere> Tool at festival.
plus there will be all the indie kids there who'll get bored.
And Iron Maiden are fucking incredible. I have ordered my tickets for December.

Well the tickets are all gone and there's a possibility that tool will be playing out some of their new album material. Who's going?
ps. Unfortunatly i missed out on tickets because i was at work. Does anyone have a spare? (will pay up to 160 quid).

Doubt it, Readings line-up this year really doesn't suit Tool.

Tool will play reading, the new album is called "bum pickle" and maynard is a holgraphic image created by shoehorn people that refer to themselves as "trinks".
