i do hate to pick favorites, i just like to look at works of art as individual pieces, not a collective work, not something that is better than anything else. alex grey's body of work has done amazing things for a lot of people, including myself. there is something about every one, it is hard to take your eyes off of it, there is so much detail in every picture.
It appears that Alex would be one that doesnt like to give up or do anything thats not purposefully sloppy or abstract. The artist decides what is shown, not so much what is in his/her mind. If we could show a complete rendition of what is in our minds people wouldnt bother leaving art museums to eat. Alex deffinitley does some of my favorites. Not to say that the rest of the Tool collection isnt superb.
