My girlfriend says he says Van. I know that it is suppose to be Vans. This not an argument of lyrics, just what he actually says. I am leaning toward agreeing with her. It could just be for recording purposes but why so clear?
feedback please.........

But, He actually SAYS "I met a boy wearin' VAN" He drops the "s". He really does. Turn it up loud and listen.

It does sound like Van, I noticed this a long time about but never really worried about it.
I searched a few of the millions of lyric sites out there on the net but there was only one that I clicked on that said it was Van and 501 (not 501s)...
