Something Tool related might, or might not happen.

I believe that this is the DVD we have been waiting for and I believe it will be called Teleincision. If it is a hoax then it's a fucking great one and I will give full credit to those who can produce proof that they orchestrated this masterpiece of deception, in the meantime all the pieces fit for me that this is the REAL DEAL.

The title in its self is a massive clue. Teleincision would make complete sense coming from Tool. When I checked my own dictionary, incision is from incise and it means "to cut in with a sharp tool"
Of course different dictionaries will result in different meanings but it did strike me at the time as more than just a hoax.

There was also a thread I read yesterday that someone posted which reminded me to post this. They quoted something from Blair that he had said a few months back about Disney land and the guy with the "turn off your Television" T-shirt, I think that could be related to it as well, you know, like, turn off the T.V and wack in this Tool DVD instead.

Like I said if it is a hoax then it's a fucking good one but I'm convinced that we will see something called Teleincision in August and if nothing comes of it then, then there is no sweat off my balls.

This is a great perspective to have. There are so many people who are afraid to get excited and have their hopes let down. Who really cares if this August date turns out to be wrong? Nothing is lost.

ARMZ the new album wont be called teleincison, because teleincison is a shit name for an album. if tool were shit and wanted to make a shit album, then yeah maybe teleincison would be the name, but since they are not shit and are gonna make a not shit album, they wont choose teleinsicon as the name for the album.

It doesn't really matter what they call it. Whatever they call it, it will sound good by virtue of its association with Tool. If you knew nothing about Tool, then Aenima and Lateralus would sound like pretty stupid names, but the moment you begin to know the songs behind them and what they are really about they sound way cooler....

maybe true, i wasnt a fan until 2002, so yeah, i havent had the experience of a new tool album. but i still doubt teleincison will be the new album title, especially since there were fake album names before lateralus.

I never said the new album will be called Teleincision, I said, and I quote "I believe something will come out in disc form from Tool in August and it will be called Teleincision". Yes the website was a clue and so were Toolband updates and it's there for everyone to see.

the dvd wont be called teleincison either, i doubt it anyway, i hope its not.

there are lots of unconfirmed, unproven rumours. but the guy that made the www.teleincision.com website has admitted its fake. so that makes it a pretty unlikey title.
as i said before, the album and dvd will probably have titles that are not shit, and just like with lateralus, there will be lots of ridiculous rumoured names released.

anyway, does anyone know with lateralus's release, when the release date was told and where, did they say on toolband.com when it was out a month before it was released? and did they say the album title and tracklist much before it came out?

alright first off. fuck u.. second it shouldnt matter to you what anyone else does...its not like we will buy it for the name....any cd or dvd that i have bought isnt because i liked the cover art or the name.. its becasue of the contents... so if we want to know what the name is doesnt matter.. we can if we want to because in the end we will have bought it for content and that is what counts
