From the review, I would guess :
Vicarious 7'30
Jambi 7'12
Wings For Marie (Pt 1) / 10,000 Days (Wings Pt 2) 16'46
The Pot 6'11
Lipan Conjuring 1'
Lost Keys (Blame Hofmann) / Rosetta Stoned 14'45
Intension 6'44
Right In Two 9'04
Viginti Tres ??
Lk has changed title, and anyway Blair said it could be 15 or 18 when he talked about it...
But hey, it might all be fake.

Its weird cuz its just so stale to do the fake tracklist thing for 2 albums in a row. That- and c'mon now guys- seriously...these titles SEEM to be a little bit silly (Wings For Marie?!!). I cant see these songs as being Tool songs (granted i dont know jack shit).
BUT PLEASE!!!!:
Can somebody out there assure me that these arent real?

NOTE:
this is not the manner that we learned of the Lateralus tracklist.
this IS the manner we learned of the Systema tracklist.

However all of Tool's albums have had awesome album titles and tracklistings and they've all been amazing, so by theory since this album title is just decent and the tracklisting is awful we might get a bizzaro amazing album. :()

Here's the track listing for the new TOOL ALBUM entitled 10,000 DAYS set to be released on MAY 2nd, 2006.
Vicarious
Jambi
Wings For Marie (Pt 1)
10,000 Days (Wings Pt 2)
The Pot
Lipan Conjuring
Lost Keys (Blame Hofmann)
Rosetta Stoned
Intension
Right In Two
Viginti Tres
This is from Toolarmy.com
Can we assume this is fact?
Or maybe another "Systema Encephale" gag?
A good friend, Fizzmatix pointed out that Blair (BMB) did not sign the end of this piece of news like everything else. Does this mean anything?

Why do people have to pretend like they some how know whether or not these are the track titles? People are saying, "These are fake" while providing no actual evidence, just speculation.
Nobody fucking knows at this point whether the shit we're being fed is real or not. Until we find out, I suggest we all stop posting as though we are the authority on all things tool. Nobody besides the band knows what musical direction they'll be going in on this new record or any future records.
First they're copying disturbed, now pink floyd.... They're aren't copying anyone unless they release a new album entitled 10,000 fists with the same track listings as the disturbed album.
If these are fake, then whoever came up with the idea probably had a good reason to do it. If not, then cool, we have some real info. I don't really effing care what the songs are called.
Has anyone considered that whole decoy album thing? and, has anyone checked to see if the track titles are registered?

Man...I hear you.
And I've been pushing this message for the last week in all the '10,000 Days' threads.
But I've come to realize that a lot of us here have been waiting half a decade for this stupid album to come out - and these are some crazy times. I think its understood that no one knows jack shit- I know i dont - if somebody here does know anything it doesnt matter unless they can prove it - and they ususally dont.
I'm not saying I know anything...but ill say this... all that matters IS the music...HOWEVER I will be dissapointed if it turns out that I waited 5 years for "Wings for Marie"
it just doesnt add up IMO

I agree with most of this. But I think what is going on is a bit larger.
It seems there's a constant competition on this board on who is more in tune with what Tool is doing and preaching. There are people on here who would follow this band off a bridge, the whole time screaming "Think for yourself! Question Authority!" while there are others who are convinced that any news they read on the main page is a fake like previous fakes the band has posted, and that anyone who believes them to be true is an idiot and doesn't know Tool the way they do.
The fact is, no one has any proof that this is fake except for past occurances when the band has announced fake titles and track listings. Of course, those were immediately recognizable as fake ("Bethlehem Abortion Clinic.") A few of these titles seem very odd, while others seem very believable, which I personally take as a sign of the tracklisting's authenticity. After all, "Aenima" did have some odd titles ("Message to Harry Manback," "jimmy," "Hooker With a Penis," "H"). I think it would be a mistake to take "Lateralus" as a blueprint for the way this album should be titled and structured.
Let's be honest with ourselves. "10,000 Days" seems like a probability at this point, since there are multiple sources who have confirmed it. And let's realize that those sources, including Billboard, eyechakra, and Kabir himself, are all well aware of the shenanigans the band plays every now and again, so chances are they are hearing these reports from other reliable sources (record outlets, label sources, etc.). This track listing seems odd, yet could very much be the true tracklisting. Let's wait for more info, of course, but for now, just chill out.

Honestly, it's too late into the process for them to release a fake now. I think it's legit. It really does sound right to me, and I think the album is going to be incredible, as always. Tool has the information embargo still going, and as long as they're the only ones with dibs on the new album, nobody will leak it out.

Alright people.. around April 1st tool will admit that this is the fake tracklisting as half of you expect, then release what they claim to be the real tracklist.. which is infact a fake and this current one proves to be the real one. Eat my piss.
