If they tour for 2 1/2 more years like Tyson thinks (summer of '09), They better change their set. I can maybe see them tour thru the end of this year. And with basically the same set. If they tour into '08, that would be their 3rd or 4th time across North America and 3rd time around Europe, I would hope they do a more balanced set list from their entire catalog. And if they do go into '09 and don't play some of the oldies, I don't think I'll be going to as many show's as I do now.

I think this makes more sense than Tyson's suggestion... I figured the festival circuit here in Europe this summer would be my last chance to see them for some time, and I still believe this will be the case. they may tour the US into 08 but I don't see it tbh.
They're going to come around and give the South a taste of their awesomeness and then hit up the festivals in Europe. After that they might end with some more Europe shows or some more exclusive gigs here in the States hopefully. I would love to see them play Bonnaroo if anything, I know it's a million to one shot but that article about Trey Anestasio talking about them got me all riled up.

BTW, The band isn't taking much of a break between OZ and Japan. hopefully there aren't going to be any delays with the setup of the show. They are cutting it close if you ask me.

Yeah. Toolband.com said that they were finishing up the contractual obligations, and that they would post the tour dates asap. I'm thinking mid-March through April.

I hope those dates are wrong. They skipped WI this last time around, so I was hoping for something within driving distance. I did the Indy trip in 2002, and that was way too long.
...but I wouldn't be suprised if you are correct. It looks almost identical to their 2002 Fall US Tour.

My parents live near Ft. Myers so the Tampa and Ft. Lauderdale shows are the ones that picque my interest, however the Tampa show is dated for Easter Sunday.

i agree wit u above the only date in new york is binghamton thats a lil distance and the only oter close one is amherst but it's almost in the same order as Lateralus '02 i jus dont think this is it for NY dates there should b atleast 2-3 more i mean wtf?

Yeah, I think that the person who 'gave' these dates just ripped off the Lateralus tour dates completely. Highly doubt this is at all accurate.
