From what you can tell, are the embossed stamps the same for both the signed and unsigned posters?
It's a little difficult to tell because they are behind glass now. I think the embossing is the same on both. Also, both are embossed on the bottom right corner.
I remember reading somewhere on these forums, but can't find it because I suck at using search, so I figured I'd ask for help...someone was talking about a couple of shows, I think they were on the Lateralus tour, possibly back to back nights, and possibly something about being the "best tool shows ever" or maybe even being the supposed DVD recordings....does anyone know what I'm talking about? I want to look for audio of one or both of these shows, and cant remember the dates. Thanks for anyone's help and sorry for being a moron.

You may be talking about the Reno and Long Beach shows from 2002. The last 6 or so shows from the Lateralus tour were supposedly taped according to comments made by Maynard at those shows. I think Tool always tapes their shows for their own 'archives' as there is always a camera aimed at the stage from the lighting/sound booth area. I would imagine that they have enough footage over the years that they could release a live DVD but...well, you know, Tool is Tool.

Thanks.
I am plotting how to frame my poster in a scheme loosely based on the pictures of your posters...

I'm flattered.
I carried my prints in to Hobby Lobby (not sure how wide spread they are as a company). I was able to match the colors pretty close to what was used on the prints. The mats were about $12 a piece. Glass at a glass shop $11 a piece. I built the frames out of pine. Routed the backs. Beveled the edges. Sanded and painted black.
The day he leaves Tool (or Tool leaves him), he'll begin to see his sales plummet. I drink a lot of wine from all over the world and wine from Arizona ranks right up there with wine from Long Island or Virginia. I will admit, I have not tried any of his wines. I refuse to over pay for overhyped and over priced products (like $25 posters or $40 t shirts). I just can not begin to believe his wine can be all that good. Then again, maybe it is. I don't know. But I DO I know I'll never buy it. The guy's an arrogant prick. Great singer and lyricist though.
he's a smart man, he knows that. he knows his wine isnt the greatest, he just entered the game. not that i love the man but i beleive he has thought about all this. right now he's doing what he enjoys

Trust me, the high end stuff is very very good, and he is using California grapes in a few of them so don't be fooled by the AZ lable.

The band had planned on performing a new cover (as JUSTIN mentioned in an interview), even playing it at SOME of the rehearsals (which I mentioned), but then decided against it. Some band members wanted to play it, but one (maybe 2) didn’t (for personal reasons). Unless you’re stupid enough to think I decide the set list, what’s your problem? I simply posted what I was told: That there was going to be a new cover. They even rehearsed it, but when it came time for the tour, at least one band member had a change of heart (which, under the circumstances, I completely understand). Maybe they will perform it some day. Maybe not. Who knows?
Damn You Yukon Jack!
Typical Nardo. And he probably thinks his wine sells so well because people like the taste...
Chupa is not the worst I've had, not the best. It is a bit above average (only a monthly wine drinker here so take it as you may). I do think its a bit over priced, but that's how the small wineries do it. I'd rank the $35 Chupa right on par with the $15 bottles I can get at the local grocery.

True. But if he is really that smart, why does he continually bite the hand that feeds him? At some point the majority of his fans, even the fanboys, will grow tired of his abuse, his arrogance and his ever expanding ego. Once that happens, and the easy money begins to dry up, THEN I think we'll get that live DVD we've all been clamoring for. LOL

Chupacabra is certainly their low end wine - did you let it breathe? MJK told me that it should be decanted for at least 48 hours before drinking...

He's full of shit. His young, low end Chupacabra doesn't need to decant for 2 DAYS. Two hours, maybe. Decanting is to done to aerate the older, big, bold red varietals. It's also done to remove sediment.

Hmm, I'm sure we'll all be surprised if this keeps up past Linkin. No friggin way they'll show it. Not a big fan of the Linkin music, but it is nice to see a band that still sings the "hard" parts with this Chester guy. Though if he can do that for another 10 years, i'll be impressed.
says now.... Tool has asked not to be webcast. O Well, and yea that Chester guy can scream.
yup sorry kids...tool has asked not to be webcast. fackers!!!
