That was a helluva show. I got thoughts... lotsa thoughts.

Really thought Pushit was the highlight in terms of visual and overall performance. Jambi lost Adam for the first verse. Odd since he played the entire thing perfectly to a recorded track during the VIP segment with him. I was ready for the intermission since I new the set, but will admit that it would have seemed strange had I not known it was coming.

VIP experience was great but felt a little lacking in some areas. I got off a couple good questions (well, I think they were good) to Adam. And the VIP ticket... wow, that's a whole nother level. I had Section B, Row 1. Dead center front row. I mean I counted the seats... literally dead center front row. That's never happened. Yay me.

This show was definitely one of the most intense days I've spent on a single concert experience. I am passing out. Will post more later.

Third Eye
Vicarious
Jam+Schism
Pushit
Intension
Lateralus
Intermission
Danny's Drum solo+Jambi
Forty Six and Two
Aenema
Stinkfist

Awesome show. The only thing i didn't like about this was the sound of the venue. I barely heard Adam's guitar.

They fucked up at the beginning of Jambi but it turned out to be really good.

^^^ holy fuck he did say that huh!? I was at the show and to tired from traveling and will talk about the VIP and both Vegas and San Diego shows. Great stuff. Funny to see the Joey Diaz "church of what's happening now" podcast getting rocked by the earthquake this morning. Both shows killed and could be happier that they were different setlist! Amazing birthday.

I've heard this before from 'Nard at another SD show before Aenima. He likes to talk to the crowd in SD. Reminds me of the time Tool relaunched Pushit for the first time. 'Nard said: "What's up San Diego!?! This ain't LA. There are no VIP assholes here tonight..." And this was before they were doing the pre-show VIP tix.

Man, it's been a day or two since I've been in these parts.

This was such an incredible show! Mind blowing.
