It's not nearly as difficult as, say, the rest of hte song before it as he's singing with a reallyweird breathie tone that's incredibly difficult ot keep up for 5 minutes. The ending isn't a scream, it's (Although Maynard does scream it live), and although it's high, H is the same note and it's far longer, Ulugy is a half-step above that and longer, etc... even The ending of The Pot is harder, as it's a step and a HALF higher AND a scream. Hell, the scream off of the Grudge is much, much harder to sing than this--and it's lower in pitch.
