Ignore that guy, nothing he says makes sense. Perhaps it's Uriah's cousin...who knows.

Well The name of Uriah Jones did exist...but Rivek made him cry one day after school so he changed his name. He is now known extremely well by these lovely people in here as the one and only..Mr. Acherontia Styx.
Ever since then..people point and laugh.
Mr. Acherontia Styx is a sad, sad story. It brings tears to my eyes on occasion.

Thank you all. I kept seeing the name pop up and was curious as to who this person is. Noted. Ignore Acherontia Styx

i love this song so.. my favorite on 10k. the subtleties in the production make it's replay-ability off the charts.

Yea, man! This song really kicks ass, definitely my favorite on the album. I like it because it's disparate from Tool's past work. The electric drum set is neat too.

It's not too disparate, I can easily add this onto a play list filled with only Lateralus songs and I think that it'd tie in perfectly. It's an okay song, I enjoy it as a segue into Right in Two, seldom do I listen to it as a solo song however.

The only one I ever owned was the one with "Where's your head at?" I think because it was the first time I had ever heard of them. I have no idea what ever happened to it.

Wheres your head at is a song by the Basement Jaxx is it not? I never knew Aphex Twins have done it. Or maybe just the same song name.... I'm out of my element here. :P

Just want to check in to say that while I like it, "Intension" is easily the weakest song on this album.
"Jambi" ftw.

Since "Lipan Conjuring" and "Viginti Tres" aren't exactly songs, i think i have to agree.

just listened to it on headphones and have to agree. i believe i read that there is most of the time one experimental song "written" or completed in the studio, i think its this one and the recording, the styles they combine in this song are very unique, especially with these glassy, glitchy beats in the beginning mixed with guitar and weird vocals- whats he saying there anyway?

“There were a couple of little sound effects that were actually created right in the mastering room,” Ludwig adds. “It's what they used to call musique concrète, which is music made from found objects or sounds that are manipulated. The last thing on the record is one of these musique concrète sound paintings that they have.”

maybe not THE song of the album but THE most experimental in some way...just wanted to share that thought, caus it really creates an atposhere of its own and i would like to hear more stuff like that made by especially those four guys, i also wonder i there will ever be a solo-kind-of-album by danny as i read somewhere too...they really know how to create sounds with synths, the mandalapads and some oter tweaky stuff. i really love that and wonder what sounds they will explore in the future...all so organic, what a wonderful band! made some of the best rock-recordings out there imho...
