I kinda like the art work, though it's not as original as previous work.
"Album mini" means that this is the small version (jpg file) of the artwork. Don't read into everything so far.

I Also have a feeling it its connected somehow to Lateralus, the 3 faces may represent the split of 3 levels of personality or conscient/unconscient, and that third eye,whatever... gotta stop speculating, forget it :P
