I dont like the filter you used... it makes Alex Grey's brilliant work look like crochet... and thats not good.

ill be honest it didnt take much effort but i didnt just invert colours or add a couple of filters, but yes it was quite simple, im still learning with photoshop and im no expert as i said earlier but i think it looks ok, i checked out DMcs and he has some great ones - real talented.
