Yeah, it was definitely one of the worst experiences ever. Although I did once see a thread on Digg when they were introducing lemon party--alot of people fell victim to that one and I had a real laugh at them.

my wife is the writer in the family... i do write my own music and lyrics... and no i don't have any of my stuff on the net... i'm far too insecure about my music to do that :)

I wrote a TV Pitch which I finally grew enough courage to send to the Canadian Comedy Network/CTV and they actually brought it through to a second revision. Nothing came of it, but I was rather honored.

I also write novels and shorts but I barely complete them or even go back to edit. I always get overwhelmed with my ideas and am contempt once I throw them down on paper, complete or not.

I hope I outgrow that as I think I've got some pretty good ideas going that would make good novels. :P

i do the same thing when i write music... a lot of times i'll write some down some music and may not come back to it for a few months or years... i just recently thought of a couple of lines of verse and put it to a guitar lick i wrote like 5 years ago .... its funny how that shit works...

Most definitely. I got myself a guitar a while ago, I'm just overwhelmed when trying to learn it though and tend to not have the time or motivation to continue with it. Now its a nice corner display.
