I've been thinking, everyone knows Adam is god with feedbacks- but has anyone found out how he does it? Sorry if this was asked already.

I think that someone said that it wasn't Adam, it was Justin messing around with his bass.

Justin's feedback is the long single F# note in Lost Keys, but the starter of this thread is talking about the feedback in Rosetta Stoned which is Adam.
I'm not sure how he does it. My guess would be that he is using an extra distortion pedal at the feedback note and letting his strings open.

robert fripp showed adam a lot of techniques with feedback.
a lot of his feedback comes from turning on the wah pedal and instead of rocking it back and forth like a 70s porno pushing forward a little bit and using a lot of distortion, etc.

Adam is not a god of distortion. The 'solo,' if it may be called as such, in Rosetta Stoned is terrible. Doing what he did in any of that song takes no skill whatsoever, much less makes him a god.
edit: Fuck your god.

Don't put words in my mouth.
'Technical' wasn't even mentioned. All I said is that the solo sucks. It's not a solo. It's making noise for a minute. A full fucking minute. It doesn't take skill to hammer on and pull of some frets with the volume up past eleven.

Oh, and about the humorous part, I love The Desert Sessions. So you can't tell me I don't like it when humor bleeds through into art.

I'm able to get that note by just getting fairly close to my amp and leaving the wah on and almost fully open (rocked forward)
