I could probably pre-order it from Sanity in Rockhampton, but that's still 45km from where I am. I'll probably just order it online and save myself the trip.

Just got Lateralus on ltd edition picture disc vinyl (dont think its too rare, though?) from 78's, so they seem to supply us consumers pretty well.

Why not buy the magazine instead?

I don't usually read magazines, but Adam Jones is in this one and I dont want to pay ~5 bucks to read a couple pages when I know it's floating around the net.

This mindset is fueled by gas prices ;).

First off, I'm not a conspiracy theorist or anything and I actually believe that the leaked album could very well be real and I also happen to love it.

But, don't you think it's funny that Adam Jones or the interviewer NEVER mention any of the track names when talking about the new songs? They just say stuff like "the song with the classical build up" and such.

If the band released the track names over a month ago, why wouldn't Guitar World just tell the names of the songs? And why wouldn't Adam mention them? Unless the interview took place before the announcement of the track titles.

Just a thought.

That's not true he directly references The Pot and it's lyrics.

He also refers to one of the tracks as "Those Shoes", pg. 92. He's referring to the talk-box solo, so he may be talking about "Jambi"

"Those Shoes" is an Eagle's song. GW just fucked up by assuming Adam was talking about a new Tool song. Jesus...all this shit has been discussed in length on this forum for weeks. Nice to see everyone is finally "catching up".

From Adam Jones interview in Guitar World(June 06). I don't really know what a talk box is, I'm sure many people do, but I am intrigued by "Those Shoes"... is this a track that was renamed... one that didn't make it to the CD, or a new track not on the leak?

For the record I love the leak and am not one of those that think there is more coming(i do hope there is more coming, but thats just because more tool is always better) but any thoughts on this?
