There will be no ticket presales for any of the tour dates so far. All tickets go on sale to the general public on Saturday, through your local ticket vendor.
The real question is who is going to be a real Tool soldier and get down the box office at 7 am in the D with me? Come on folks the Fox Theatre, along side the Masonic Temple, is "the" place to have a show in Detroit. It is going to be "An Evening w/ Tool" that is for sure. Possibly playing the entire new album, a longer set?, or just what is seen at Coachella?

I wish you all the luck as well. I have little experience when it comes to this, what are the better odds do you think, going to a ticket master location here in Grand Rapids or trying online? Unfortunatly I can't make a trip to Detroit just for the tickets.
well what a buddy told me during the last mini-tour there was a ticketmaster in jackson. 30 people waited in line and only the first two got tickets. i would say online but i really dont know. do both if you have the ability. ask your friends or something to ry online while you go or vice versa.
VENUE INFO
Built in the 1920’s and restored in 1987 by the Ilitch family, this Detroit landmark is a truly unique place to see a show. Just seeing the lobby of the Fox Theatre can almost justify the price of a ticket. From the red velvet, gold leaf walls and ornate chandeliers, it feels as you have walked into another era. Once a great movie house, the Fox is used today to host top performers in entertainment from musicals, plays, comedians, children’s shows and concerts. If one should attend a concert here you almost feel out of place drinking a beer and rocking out. The Fox really wasn’t built for rock bands so if you are not really close the sound tends to be a bit echo-y and muddy at times. --Matthew Caruana
I was looking and you know wings stadium only holds 113 more then the foxtheatre and tool played it in during the arena tour in 2001. I was not a fan of tool untill 2002.
Tool played Wings Stadium on October 18, 2002. And no, I didn't have to look it up, I just remember. Just like they played Van Andel Arena on September 13, 2001. But seeing that its only 113 seats bigger is somewhat reasurring.... I think I'm gonna get tickets for this and the Chicago show.

Get them online, unless you have dial-up. They will be gone very fast.

yeah, I'm staying at my school this weekend just for this as they have a crazy fast connection here especially on weekends when nobody is on it. I will be heart broken if I don't get these tickets and it sucks that there is a good chance of that happening :(
Got this from Wikipedia,
"Isis will be joining Tool as the opening band for a few dates of a tour beginning after the release of Tool's new album, 10,000 Days."
I'm going to have me, and my g/f try right at 10am try on two different online vendors, both on cable connections. I might camp out, but I work usually till 7:30 am in the morning, so I don't think that'd be possible. If I have any extras, definitely post them up here. If anyone has any extras, and I don't get any, I will need two. Good luck everyone... may can't come quick enough.
my dad's had season tickets for spartan basketball for 25 years and i have been going with him for 14 years. they are still waiting on my 4th semester grades from jcc. it's my dream school. i'm allready into spring arbor and emu but i want MSU.
anyway yeah good luck to you and wish me luck also. i will be there no matter what. i'll pay $300.00 to a broker if i have to. we should get them from ticketmaster no problem though.

I went the Community College way as well (saves money). This is my first year at MSU as I transfered from GRCC (Grand Rapids) in the fall.
Good luck at both getting into MSU and getting the Tool tickets hopefully I will see you at both. I hope your right about ticketmaster being no problem. I am going to have my friend try to get tickets at the same time so if I end up with 4 tickets instead of 2 you are on the top of my list to give them to at face value if you don't get yours.

thanks man. it's the biggest venue on the tour so we have a better chance then the people going to the other concerts on this tour.
There is a VERY good chance I'll be getting four tickets, I will post on here if I do. Going to be online right after work (730am) until 10am to get those tickets, and my girl will be on the other computer (both on comacast cable) trying to get 2 tickets, so we'll have either 1 or 2 extra (cepending on if my hardcore friend has money) tigerf117 = aim name, I live in east lansing, I will mail them no charge too.
