Alot of the lyrics on the site, and everywhere else aren't total. They're not the 100% lyrics, and some of them aren't totally right either.

I too agree that he says 'safe' at the very beginning of the song, I myself have done covers of this song without the aid of music. And I always yell safe at the start of it.

I'm pretty sure he or another of the band members is screaming INSANE.
The "IN" part is yelled while he's trying to throw the Bob Marley wannabe out and the "SANE" (not SAFE) following the guitar intro. I've been listening to this song since 1993 and that's what I hear.
