It should be noted that while the format of ticket allocations appears to have changed (reportedly to help those who've paid a bunch of money, and don't really have the opportunity to line up hours in advance) the reports that the new guy is a prick seem pretty subjective.

My opinion: VIP seating should just be allocated in order of purchase. The idea of lining up hours in advance seems a little absurd to me in the VIP context - that's the exact opposite of what I'd want to do after dropping that much coin. Surely for $500 a ticket someone can be paid to sort that out.
